You can renew your password at any time by clicking on "My account" -Login and "Forgot password". Please check your email and also your spam/junk folder.
You have followed the steps and still didn’t receive an email, but you are absolutely sure that you have ordered with this email address before? You probably ordered as a guest in the past and did not register a customer account. Resetting your password is therefore unfortunately not possible. Just click on "My account" and "Register" and create your customer account.
Past guest orders will not be visible in your new account. Thank you for your understanding.
