You will receive purchase vouchers from us as soon as possible after the order as a PDF. A postal dispatch of the vouchers as a gift card will not take place.
Please understand that purchase vouchers will only be activated if they are also paid. A payout of the voucher amount is not possible. A cancellation can only be made by the buyer.
