Your refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. Between the time of delivery, which you can see in the tracking of your return and the actual processing in our warehouse can sometimes take a few moments. Usually, depending on the payment method, you will receive your refund within 2-5 business days.
If possible, a refund will always be sent to the payment method selected at the beginning. If this is not possible, we will contact you personally to do this in an alternative way.
